'High tech' manufacturers in the area include Hewlett-Packard, WaferTech, SEH America and labor subcontractors such as Volt Services Group. Nautilus, Inc. and The Holland (parent company of the Burgerville, USA restaurant chain) also have their corporate headquarters in Vancouver. There is a variety of independently-owned small businesses in the downtown area, while outer areas are dominated by clone town strip malls and franchise stores.
